Welcome to the world, Baby Brooklyn!!!
My sister-in-law Kelly had her sweet baby girl this evening! Brooklyn Christine Hickling was born just before 5 pm tonight, weighing in at 9 pounds, 13 ounces! Congratulations and much love to Kelly and Matt! Brooklyn is beautiful and perfect, and momma and baby are doing great (just very tired).
Robert, Jack and I were anxious to get to Women's Hospital tonight to meet the newest Hickling, but we decided to let mommy, daddy and baby girl rest after a long past 24 hours. Jack and I CAN'T WAIT to go meet Brooklyn as soon as we can tomorrow after physical therapy and music class in the morning!
I just wanted to share this wonderful news with you all, and soon I'll post some photos of Jack's newest cousin. (He now has EIGHT of them!!! What a lucky little boy!)
holy cow! almost 10 pounds!!!! she needs the rest for sure!
